Using fav

You may use fav to create voting rooms, share voting links, submit votes, and leave notes or comments. You are responsible for the content you add and the people you invite.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use fav for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

Accounts

Some features may require sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens through your account.

We may suspend or remove access if we believe an account is being used in a way that violates these Terms or creates risk for fav or other users.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add to fav. By adding content, you give us permission to host, store, display, and process it as needed to operate and improve the service.

Do not add content you do not have the right to use, or content that violates someone else's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

Shared links

Voting rooms may be accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for choosing what to share and managing who receives access.

Service changes

fav may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We will try to avoid disrupting active use, but we cannot guarantee every feature will always be available.

No warranties

fav is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, fav will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
